Definition

The company, referenced as "Company/we/Us/Live India Tours Private Limited," is the travel or hospitality agency arranging the services. We are defined as a third-party service provider selected by the company for coordination / contracting on behalf of our clients with hotels, airlines, shipping or railway companies, ferryboat or cruise operators, coach owners, or any other organization or person tasked with delivering specific services to our guests.

Jurisdiction

All disputes pertaining to the tour and travel, travel related services conducted by the Company and any claim arising there-under shall be subjected to Delhi jurisdiction only.

Payment Procedure

In order to initiate the booking, we / Live India Tours Private Limited would require an advance deposit which would be 50% of your holidays package value, 100% of the airfare and VISA fees value. Balance payments to be cleared once we get confirmation of services.

Payment Note: All payments must be made through our secure payment channels. Bank transfer details are available upon booking confirmation.

Itinerary

The suggested itinerary is based on information & guidance from local agents/ hotels. The Itinerary is subject to change due to unavoidable circumstances. We strive to provide the best possible experience, but unforeseen events may require adjustments to the planned route or schedule.

Visa and Travel Documents

It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to hold valid travel documents (including passport, visas and any other required permits) and to provide the Company with all documents and information required for visa application within the stipulated time. The decision to grant, reject or delay any visa is entirely at the discretion of the respective Consulate/Embassy/Immigration Authorities.

The Company only assists in the visa process and shall not be liable for any visa refusal, delay, errors in visa endorsement (including dates or photographs) or denial of entry by any authorities, irrespective of documents submitted. All visa fees, processing charges and related costs are to be borne by the passenger and are non‑refundable.

If the passenger cancels the tour due to visa rejection, delay in visa, or refusal of entry by any authority for any reason whatsoever, the Company's cancellation charges as per the tour booking terms will apply, and no refund will be payable for services lost or not availed.

Health and Insurance

It is advisable & highly recommended to acquire adequate Overseas Travel Insurance cover for protection from any expenses such as medical, legal, hospitalization, accident etc. Insurance claim is at the sole discretion of the Insurance Company. The Company reserves the right to ask guest to provide written certification of his medical fitness before departure. In the event that a medical condition has not been disclosed, the Company will not be able to provide any assistance or money back and no further claims in this regard will be entertained.

Important Health Advisory: Travelers with pre-existing medical conditions must inform us at the time of booking. For adventure tours (trekking, camel safaris, white-water rafting), a medical fitness certificate may be required.

Booking & Confirmation Process

All bookings for tours, packages, accommodations, transportation, and related services are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after:

  • Complete submission of required traveler details (full name, contact information, travel dates, and passport details for international tours).
  • Receipt of advance payment (minimum 50% of total tour cost or as specified in the package).
  • Issuance of a confirmed booking voucher via email from Live India Tours Private Limited.

Provisional bookings are held for 48 hours pending payment. Failure to complete payment within the stipulated time may result in automatic release of the reservation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges apply based on the time of cancellation before the scheduled departure date:

  • 30 days or more before departure: 10% of total tour cost (administrative fees) + any non-refundable deposits paid to hotels/transport.
  • 15-29 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost.
  • 7-14 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost.
  • Less than 7 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges (no refund).
  • No-show or voluntary termination during the tour: No refund applicable.

Refunds are processed within 15-20 working days after cancellation confirmation. Refund mode will be the same as the original payment method. Third-party non-refundable components (flight tickets, cruise bookings, event tickets) are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.

Amendment & Modification Charges

Any changes to confirmed bookings—including date changes, room upgrades, itinerary modifications, or traveler name corrections—are subject to availability and may incur amendment fees:

  • First amendment (30+ days before travel): INR 1,000 + any additional costs from suppliers.
  • Second or subsequent amendments: INR 2,500 + applicable supplier charges.
  • Amendments within 15 days of departure may be treated as cancellation and rebooking.

Travel Documents & Passport Requirements

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure possession of valid travel documents, including:

  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from the date of return for international travel).
  • Appropriate visas for international destinations.
  • Travel insurance documents (highly recommended).
  • Any required medical certificates or vaccination records.

Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

Live India Tours Private Limited shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, political unrest, strikes, weather conditions, flight cancellations, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will assist in making alternative arrangements where possible, but any additional costs shall be borne by the traveler. Refunds for force majeure cancellations are subject to supplier policies.

Liability & Responsibility

Live India Tours Private Limited acts as a coordinator of travel services provided by third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, guides). While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for acts, omissions, or negligence of these third parties. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services booked through us. Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings, safety, and adherence to local laws during the tour.

Accommodation & Hotel Policies

Check-in times are typically 2:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM unless otherwise specified. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Hotel ratings (star categories) are based on local standards and may vary internationally. Any damages caused to hotel property by the traveler will be charged directly to the traveler.

Photography & Marketing Consent

Live India Tours Private Limited may capture photographs or videos during tours for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. By participating in our tours, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your tour manager at the start of the tour.

Code of Conduct & Local Laws

Travelers are expected to respect local customs, traditions, and laws of the destinations visited. Disruptive behavior, harassment of staff or fellow travelers, or violation of local laws may result in immediate termination of services without refund. Live India Tours Private Limited reserves the right to refuse service to any individual whose behavior compromises the safety or enjoyment of others.

Complaints & Grievance Redressal

If you experience any issues during your tour, please notify your tour manager or our 24/7 support team immediately so we can address the concern in real-time. Post-tour complaints must be submitted in writing within 15 days of tour completion to info@liveindiatours.com. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Live India Tours Private Limited website—including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and itineraries—is the intellectual property of Live India Tours Private Limited and protected under Indian copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (once effective). By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms, bookings, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. For international clients, Indian law shall apply to all contractual matters.

Amendments to Terms

Live India Tours Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the current terms before making a booking. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any confirmed booking voucher, constitute the entire agreement between you and Live India Tours Private Limited regarding the use of our services. Any prior agreements, representations, or understandings—whether oral or written—are superseded by these terms.
